Mariners Point was the perfect location for a lace scarf with a breeze gently blowing. Can you hear the sea gulls and waves gently lapping at the bank? The lace pattern is a simple eight row repeat with that lovely purl back resting row. You'll love the simplicity while learning new stitches. We originally wrote this pattern for our Seaside Collection yarn but after we discontinued that yarn, we have it available for both our Harbor and Cove Collections. The pattern includes instructions for using both these collections. Size of scarf approximately: 8" x 52" in Harbor. Size of scarf using Cove fingering wt yarn: 17" x 65". Materials for narrow worsted wt scarf: 1 skein Chincoteague colors Harbor Collection. Size 7 straight or circular needles. Materials for fingering wt scarf: 2 skeins Chincoteague Colors Cove Collection. Size 6 straight or circular needles.
