This pattern from Mari for a bulky jacket sweater uses bulky yarn with guage of 3¾ st/in on size 8 needles. Look for a yarn that has 110 yds/100gm ball because the sweater is knitted on smaller needles than yarn normally calls for. Sweater has waist fitted with approximately 4ins of ribbing stitch and rib pattern at the top of the sweater begins at armhole decreases.
