Pattern for felted bags by Noni Bellows. Both the Dr Seuss-ish Shoulder Bag and Cell Phone Bag are knitted using two strands of worsted weight yarn worked as one. The bags are worked in the round, in one piece, knitted from the top down. The bottom is decreased into the center on double-pointed needles. Once complete, the bag is embellished with feathers or felted flowers.
