Pattern for poncho by Christie Furber for iKnitiative. Mitered squares are easy to knit and create an interesting effect with the self-striping yarns. The front and back are different but interchangeable for more wearing options. The moss stitch pattern provides cushy textural interest. Worked as two rectangles. Model shown in Noro Kureyon. Finished measurements: 26 inch square with a 7-in neck opening. Materials: 1050 yards medium yarn with gauge of 14sts/4" in moss stitch. Size 8 needles.
