Pattern for classic great fitting ribbed socks with distinctive styling. Easy to knit left and right angled lines of eyelets embellish ribbing on legs. Another design feature is the subtle "eye of partridge" diamond pattern on the heel flap. Pattern written for adult medium sock with measurements of 8" sock leg height above heel flap, 7½" sock circumference un-stretched and 9½" foot length. Yarn requirements: fingering wt yarn, approximately 400 yards. Gauge required is 8 sts/inch over stockinette stitch.
