We offer Free Shipping to customers in the continental U.S.
ordering $100 or more.

 

Shipping is usually by USPS.  On small orders, we ship by First Class Mail.

Shipping charges for Hawaii and international orders will be determined by weight of package. If it is greater than the amount already added for shipping/handling, we will contact the customer by e-mail for approval of the additional charges. Orders will not be shipped until we have that approval.

Return Policy:

Returns must be authorized in advance by Carodan Farm. We accept returns for refunds or exchanges up to 30 days, up to 90 days for store credit. (Please note that because of the limited stock of the yarns found on the Discontinued Yarns page, we are unable to accept returns on these yarns.) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
